Measurements:
1 medium cold brew shot
1 double shot cold espresso
2 fl oz Aperol
¾ simple syrup
1¾ fl oz gin
1 fl oz lemon juice
Ice cubes
Tonic waterto serve
Dried orange sliceto garnish
Instructions
- 1Pour the cold brew into an ice cube tray and freeze.
- 2To serve, place the cold brew ice cubes into a serving glass.
- 3Place the espresso, Aperol, simple syrup, gin and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
- 4Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker over the cold brew cubes. Top with tonic water and garnish with a dried orange slice to garnish.
