Light, luscious and tropically inspired, the Coconut Coffee Cloud combines refreshing coconut water with a fluffy layer of sweetened coffee cream. Served over ice and topped with toasted coconut flakes, it’s a cool and creamy escape in every sip.
1Dip a large serving glass into the simple syrup to coat the rim, then dip into the shredded coconut.
2To make the coffee cream, place the cream, ristretto and brown sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
3Place some ice into the serving glass. Pour over the coconut water and top with coffee cream. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes to serve.
