Delicately floral and boldly refreshing, this Jasmine Infused Cold Brew combines fragrant tea, bright lime and smooth coffee in a perfectly shaken blend. It’s a sophisticated sip with a citrusy twist.
1Combine the tea leaves and boiling water in a liquid measuring cup. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Allow to cool.
2Add the cooled tea to a cocktail shaker with the cold brew, simple syrup and lime juice. Top up the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
3Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a coupe glass. Garnish with grated orange rind and dried jasmine to serve.
