  • pomegranate juice icon
    1¾ fl oz pomegranate juice
  • simple syrup icon
    ½ fl oz simple syrup
  • lime juice icon
    ¾ fl oz lime juice
  • iced water icon
    4 fl oz iced water
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes

    to serve

  • double espresso icon
    1 double espresso

    chilled

  • fresh rosemary sprig icon
    Fresh rosemary sprig

    to garnish

Instructions

    Combine the pomegranate juice, simple syrup, lime juice and water in a tall serving glass.

    Place some ice cubes into the serving glass. Top with the chilled espresso and garnish with a rosemary sprig to serve.
