A bold, fruit-forward take on a classic, this iced Americano pairs the richness of espresso with the tart brightness of pomegranate and lime. Refreshing, vibrant, and just the right amount of unexpected.

Ingredients

Measurements:

1¾ fl oz pomegranate juice
½ fl oz simple syrup
¾ fl oz lime juice
4 fl oz iced water
Ice cubes
to serve
1 double shot espresso
chilled
Fresh rosemary sprig
to garnish

Instructions

1Combine the pomegranate juice, simple syrup, lime juice and water in a tall serving glass.
2Place some ice cubes into the serving glass. Top with the chilled espresso and garnish with a rosemary sprig to serve.
