Osmanthus Iced Latte

Inspired by the timeless elegance of osmanthus blossoms, this latte brings together delicate floral notes and creamy indulgence in one refreshing drink. Balancing tradition with a modern twist, it’s a beautiful way to enjoy the subtle fragrance of osmanthus in your daily coffee ritual.

Ingredients

Measurements:

¾ oz osmanthus sugar syrup
Ice cubes
to serve
5 fl oz whole milk
1 double shot espresso
chilled
Dried osmanthus flowers
to serve

For the osmanthus cream

1½ fl oz heavy cream
½ oz osmanthus sugar syrup
1 tsp superfine sugar
2 tsp whole milk

Instructions

To make the osmanthus cream, place the cream, osmanthus sugar syrup, sugar and milk in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.

Place the osmanthus sugar syrup in the bottom of a medium serving glass. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.

Pour over the chilled espresso and top with the osmanthus cream. Garnish with dried osmanthus flowers to serve.
