Ingredients

Measurements:

Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 lime
sliced
Ice cubes
to serve
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1¾ fl oz simple syrup
5 fl oz lemonade
1 lungo cold brew shot
Lime slices
to garnish
Mint sprig
to garnish

Instructions

Using a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint and lime.

Half fill a tall glass with ice and top with the mint and lime mixture. Add the lime juice and simple syrup.

Top with the lemonade and cold brew. Garnish with with lime slices and a mint sprig to serve.
