Cold Brew Virgin Mojito

A refreshing fusion of zesty lime, fresh mint, and bold cold brew, this alcohol-free twist on the classic mojito is bright, energizing and perfectly balanced. Served over ice, it’s a cool, vibrant pick-me-up for any time of day.

Ingredients

Measurements:

Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 lime
sliced
Ice cubes
to serve
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1¾ fl oz simple syrup
5 fl oz lemonade
1 lungo cold brew shot
Lime slices
to garnish
Mint sprig
to garnish

Instructions

1Using a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint and lime.
2Half fill a tall glass with ice and top with the mint and lime mixture. Add the lime juice and simple syrup.
3Top with the lemonade and cold brew. Garnish with with lime slices and a mint sprig to serve.
