Whimsical and wonderfully indulgent, the Strawberry Cloud Latte layers bold chilled espresso with milk and a delicious strawberry-infused cream. This dreamy drink is as beautiful as it is refreshing.
1To make the strawberry cream, place the cream, strawberry puree and sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
Tip: You can use store bought strawberry puree or make your own by blending 1 1/2 oz hulled strawberries with 2 teaspoons simple syrup and 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice, adjusted to taste.
2Fill a medium-size glass with ice and pour over the chilled espresso. Top with milk, then strawberry cream. Garnish with dried rose petals to serve.
