Ingredients

Measurements:

1½ fl oz yuzu puree
1½ fl oz water
Ice cubes
to serve
5 fl oz tonic water
1 double shot espresso
chilled
Fresh rosemary sprig
to garnish

Instructions

1Combine the yuzu puree with water in a tall serving glass.
2Fill the glass with ice. Top with tonic water, then the chilled espresso. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary to serve.
