1To make the matcha cream, combine the matcha powder and boiling water in a small glass. Allow to cool.
2Meanwhile, place the cream and sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Add the cooled matcha mixture and whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
3Fill a medium serving glass with ice. Add the cold brew and coconut water, then top with the matcha cream. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, to serve.
