Coconut Cold Brew Matcha

Ingredients
Measurements:
- 1 lungo cold brew shot
- 4 fl oz coconut water
- Coconut flakes
toasted, to garnish
For the matcha cream”
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp boiling water
- 1¾ fl oz heavy cream
- 2 tsp superfine sugar
Instructions
- 1To make the matcha cream, combine the matcha powder and boiling water in a small glass. Allow to cool.
- 2Meanwhile, place the cream and sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Add the cooled matcha mixture and whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 3Fill a medium serving glass with ice. Add the cold brew and coconut water, then top with the matcha cream. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, to serve.
