A refreshing twist on a summertime classic, this Cold Brew Arnold Palmer blends zesty lemon, earl grey and fizzy soda water with bold cold brew, for a crisp, invigorating drink that's the perfect balance of bright and bold.

Ingredients

Measurements:

1 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves
3½ fl oz boiling water
1 fl oz simple syrup
¾ fl oz fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
to serve
3½ fl oz soda water
1 small cold brew shot
1 lemon
sliced, to garnish
Fresh mint
to garnish

Instructions

1Combine the tea leaves and boiling water in a liquid measuring cup. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Allow to cool.
2Combine the simple syrup and lemon juice in a tall serving glass. Add some ice cubes, then top with soda water and the cooled tea.
3Finish with the cold brew and garnish with lemon slices and mint, to serve.
