Salty Cheese Latte
A rich and unexpected blend of sweet, salty and bold, this latte layers chilled espresso and milk with a silky salted caramel cream cheese topping. Finished with a crack of pepper and a pinch of pink sea salt for a playful, savory edge.

- Salted caramel sauce
to serve
- Ice cubes
to serve
- 5 fl oz whole milk
- 1 double shot espresso
chilled
- Cracked black pepper
to garnish
- Sea salt flakes
to garnish
For the salted caramel cream cheese
- 2 fl oz heavy cream
- 1½ oz cream cheese
at room temperature
- 2 tsp whole milk
- 1 tsp salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- 1To make the salted caramel cream cheese, place the cream, cream cheese, milk and salted caramel sauce in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with salted caramel sauce. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.
- 3Pour over the chilled espresso and top with the salted caramel cream cheese. Garnish with pepper and sea salt flakes, to serve.
