Espresso Gin and Tonic

A sassy mix of gin and citrus gets a bold shot of iced espresso and a good splash of tonic. Refreshing, cheeky and delicious…who says you can't have it all?

Ingredients

Measurements:

1 fl oz gin
1 fl oz fresh orange juice
1 fl oz fresh lime juice
1 fl oz simple syrup
5½ fl oz Indian tonic water
Ice-cubes
to serve
1 shot cold espresso

Lime slice
to garnish

Instructions

1Place the gin, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and tonic water in a liquid measuring cup and stir to combine.
2Fill a short serving glass with ice and pour over the gin and tonic mixture. Slowly add the cold espresso and garnish with a fresh lime slice to serve.
