Ingredients

Measurements:

1 medium cold brew
2 tsp simple syrup
Ice cubes
to serve
Grated chocolate
to garnish

For the cloud coffee cream

3½ fl oz heavy cream
¾ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp superfine sugar
1 single cold espresso

Instructions

To make the cloud coffee cream, place the cream, vanilla, condensed milk, sugar and chilled espresso in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.

Combine the cold brew and simple syrup in a large serving glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top with the cloud coffee cream. Garnish with grated chocolate to serve.
