- 1 medium cold brew shot
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- Ice cubes

- Grated chocolate

For the cloud coffee cream
- 3½ fl oz heavy cream
- ¾ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tbsp superfine sugar
- 1 shot cold espresso
Instructions
- 1To make the cloud coffee cream, place the cream, vanilla, condensed milk, sugar and chilled espresso in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 2Combine the cold brew and simple syrup in a large serving glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top with the cloud coffee cream. Garnish with grated chocolate to serve.
