Measurements:

Single espresso
4 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

Customize the espresso setting to the largest shot. Extract a small amount of espresso over the sugar in a coffee cup, then pause the machine. Vigorously mix the sugar and coffee until a thick foam forms. Finish extracting the remaining coffee over the foam.
