2 fl oz thick caramel syrup
plus extra to garnish
Ice-cubes
to serve
8 fl oz whole milk

Instructions

1Place the chilled espresso and caramel syrup in a liquid measuring cup and stir to combine.
2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with caramel syrup and fill with ice. Add the milk and pour in the coffee mixture to serve.
