Sweet, spiced n' icy is the signature for this cold brew creation. Sold by the street vendors in Thailand, it’s the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day.

Ingredients

Measurements:

1 small cold brew shot
beanz.com recommends Counter Culture, Forty-Six
2 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
2 drops almond extract
⅛ tsp ground cardamom
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
plus extra to garnish
Ice-cubes
to serve

Instructions

1Place the cold brew, condensed milk, almond extract, cardamom and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
2Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a coupe glass. Garnish with extra ground cinnamon to serve.
